Mutton Kheema Kaleji

Ingredient                      Quantity

Mutton Kheema                 1½ cup.
Chicken Liver (Kaleji)        200 gm.
Cumin seeds                     1 tsp
Onion chopped                  3 no.
Ginger chopped                 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped                  1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped      4-5 no.
Tomato chopped                 3 no. (Big)
Turmeric powder                 ½ tsp
Red chilli powder                  2 tsp
Coriander powder                 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder         2 tsp
Salt                                       to taste
Oil                                       4-5 tbsp
Mint Sprig                            for garnish
Lemon slice                          for serving
Green chillies                        for serving
Pav                                        for serving

Method:
1.Take chicken liver in bowl, add water and clean and cut in small pieces and keep it aside.
2.Take Mutton kheema in bowl, add water, mix well and Keep it aside. 3. Heat oil in a pan; add cumin seed and sauté till its splutter.
4.Add chopped onion, mix well and sauté for 5-6 min. or till onions become brown in color.
5.Add chopped ginger and garlic, mix well and sauté for 2-3 min. or till garlic is light brown in color.
6.Add chopped green chillies, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
7.Add chopped tomatoes, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
8.Add salt, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
9.Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder, mix well and sauté for 4-5 min.
10.Add Kheema and kaleji, mix well and sauté for 15 min. stir continuously.
11.Remove in serving bowl, garnish with mint sprig and serve hot with lemon, green chilli and pav.
