Toast topped with masala oats, cheese and chilli, a quick and easy recipe
Ingredients:-
- White bread – 8 slices
- Capsicum chopped – 1/4 cup
- Processed cheese grated – 1/2 cup
- Masala oats – 1 cup
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Mozzarella Cheese grated – 1/4 cup
- Green chilli chopped – 1 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Method:-
- Cook the masala oats with water 4-5 mint or until the mixture is thick
- Toast the bread slightly to make it crispier.
- Pre heat the oven at 150 degree C for 15 mints.
- In a bowl take processed cheese mozzarella cheese capsicum, green chilli , masala oats salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add in the olive oil and mix well.
- Take a toasted bread and apply butter on top . Now evenly spread the cheese mixture on top of the bread and sprinkle some chili flakes . Repeat the same for rest of the bread.
- Place all the bread in the baking tray and bake for 5 mints at 180 degree C.
- Remove from the oven cut the bread into four and serve hot with ketchup.
