Recipe Description

Toast topped with masala oats, cheese and chilli, a quick and easy recipe

Ingredients:-

  • White bread – 8 slices
  • Capsicum chopped – 1/4 cup
  • Processed cheese grated – 1/2 cup
  • Masala oats – 1 cup
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese grated – 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli chopped – 1 tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste

 

Method:-

  1. Cook the masala oats with water 4-5 mint or until the mixture is thick
  2. Toast the bread slightly to make it crispier.
  3. Pre heat the oven at 150 degree C for 15 mints.
  4. In a bowl take processed cheese mozzarella cheese capsicum, green chilli , masala oats salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Add in the olive oil and mix well.
  6. Take a toasted bread and apply butter on top . Now evenly spread the cheese mixture on top of the bread and sprinkle some chili flakes . Repeat the same for rest of the bread.
  7. Place all the bread in the baking tray and bake for 5 mints at 180 degree C.
  8. Remove from the oven cut the bread into four and serve hot with ketchup.
