लहसुन की टेस्टी खीर बनाने की विधि
Garlic Kheer
Ingredient Quantity
Garlic cloves 12-15 no.
Alum Small piece
Almond slice 8-10 no.
Green cardamom 4-5 no.
Milk 2cups +1 cups
Sugar 2 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Method:
1. Soak the garlic with skin in water for about 6-8 hours.
2. Remove the skin and soak the garlic again for overnight.
3. Heat 2 cup of Milk in a non-stick pan on low flame.
4. Boil the water in another deep non-stick pan.
5. Slice the garlic and add to the boiling water along with alum and cook for 3-4 min.
6. Drain, wash and repeat the process 2 more time.
7. Add green cardamom, almond and garlic to boiling milk and mix well.
8. Add sugar and 1 cup of milk, mix well and cook for 10-12 min.
9. Remove in serving bowl and serve cold.
