Recipe Description

Ingredients                            Quantity
Cucumber                             2nos
Mint leaves                           ½ cup
Sugar                                    3 tbsp
Black Salt                             1 tsp
Chaat Masala                       1 tsp
Salt                                       ½ tsp
2 Lemon Juices                    2nos
Ice Cube                              4-5 pieces
Water                                   as required
For Garnish
Mint leaves                          1-2 leaves
Slice of cucumber                1 slices

Method:-
1. First take a cucumber and cut the edges, then rub the top and bottom sides of the cucumber to remove the bitterness from it.
2. When you see that white liquid is coming out at that point you will come to understand that bitterness is removed, and then wash the cucumber properly and cut it into pieces
3. Take a big blender add the pieces of cucumber, mint leaves, sugar, black salt, chaat masala, salt , 2 lemon juices, ice cube and water and blend it properly.
4. You have two option to serve it:-
a. If you want to serve as it is then directly pour into glass.
b. Second option take a strainer and pass the juices through it you will get a smooth texture to it.
5. For Garnish :-
Add some mint leaves and slice of cucumber to it and serve it as cool .
