Recipe Description

Ingredient                     Quantity
Full Fat Milk                  ½ ltr.
Sugar                            3-4 Tbsp
Coffee                           2½ Tbsp
Chocolate sauce           2 Tbsp + for drizzle
Vanila Ice cream           2 scoop
Ice cubes                      as required

Method:
1. Take pan, add milk and sugar, mix well and cook for 2 min. or till sugar is melt and milk is slightly hot.
2. Add Coffee powder, mix well and cook for 4-5 min.
3. Strain the coffee in a bowl and refrigerate it to cool down.
4. Place the serving glass in fridge for 5 min.
5. Remove the glass from the fridge tilt it slightly and pour the chocolate sauce on the sides and rotate it to form a random design.
6. Add ice cubes and pour the cold coffee to the glass.
7. Add more ice, vanilla ice cream and drizzle chocolate sauce on top and serve.
