Kale Chane Ka Chaat
Boiled Black Chana           1 1/2 cup
Ghee                                  2 tbsp
Cumin seeds                      1 tsp
Carom seeds                     1/2 tsp
Ginger chopped                 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder               1 tsp
Turmeric powder                 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder                     1/2 tsp
Black salt                              1/2 tsp
Onion chopped                     1 no.
Green chilli chopped            3-4 no.
Tomato chopped                  1 no.
Boiled Potato cube               1 no.
Coriander chopped               2-3 tbsp
Lemon juice                          1 1/2 no.
Chaat masala                        1 tsp+for sprinkle
Salt                                        to taste
Papadi                                   3-4 no.
Chana jor garam                    1 tbsp
Sev                                         1 tbsp

Method:
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute till cumin are light brown in color.
Add carom seeds and chopped ginger, mix well and saute for 1 min.
Add boiled black chana, mix well and saute for 2 min.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and black salt, mix well and saute for 1 min.
Remove in bowl, add chopped onion, green chilli,tomato, potato cubes,coriander, lemon juice, chaat masala and salt and mix well.
Remove in serving bowl, sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
Crushed papadies on top and garnish with chana jor garam and sev and serve warm with green and sweet chutney.
