Chilli Garlic Cheese bread
Recipe
Left over Roti 2 nos
Cheese grated 1/4 cup
Onion chopped 1 small
Capsicum chopped 1 small
Garlic cloves chopped 4-5
Green Chilli chopped 2 no
Besan 1 tbsp mixed with little water to make a batter
Salt to taste
Pizza chilli flakes 1 tspn
Mixed herbs 1 tspn
Oil for cooking
Butter 1 tspn
Method
1. In a pan heat oil, add chopped garlic, onions and capsicum sauté for 1 non.
2. Remove and mix with grated cheese.
3. Apply besan batter on the edges of Roti, and place the cheese mixture in the center.
4. Fold into half moon shape and press the edges to seal.
5. Add little batter in the pan and slow cook the Roti both sides until little brown and crisp.
6. Remove and cut into two pieces, sprinkle some herbs and chilli flakes, enjoy the chilli garlic cheese Roti.
