Recipe Description

Ingredients                        quantity

Spinach                              ½ bunch

Celery                                1 sprig  + for garnish

Moringa leaves                   4-5 sprig

Water                                   as required

Baking soda                        a pinch

Cucumber                           ½  nos

Tomato                                1 nos

Amla                                      2 nos

Beetroot                              1 slice

Curry leaves                       5-6 petals

Coriander leaves              ½  bunch

Apple                                    1 nos

Ginger                                  1 inch

Black pepper                      1 tsp

Black  salt                             to taste

Lemon juice                       1 ½ nos

Lemon roundels               for garnish

Mint sprig                            for garnish

 

Method :

  1. In a bowl , add spinach, celery , moringa leaves , water , baking soda and thoroughly soak it and cleanse it .
  2. Meanwhile take cucumber , peel it off and keep it into the bowl .
  3. Now add tomato as well , make sure it soaked well .
  4. Now throw away the water , wash it in the running water , strain it .
  5. In a blender . cut it into small pieces and add half cucumber  , cubes of tomatoes ,remove of the petals of moringa leaves and add in it , roughly chop the celery ,spinach  and add it ,deseed and add amla , slice of beetroot along with skin , curry leaves , coriander bunch , cubes of apple , water  , blend it thoroughly .
  6. Now cut slice of ginger , add into the blender and blend it thoroughly .
  7. Now transfer the juice into the bowl , add water as per personal preference , black pepper , black salt , lemon juice , give a nice stir .
  8. Transfer it into the serving glass , garnish it with lemon roundels , celery stem , mint sprig .
  9. Ready to serve .
