Apple cider vinegar

Ingredients quantity
Apple 4 nos
Sugar 6 tspn
Water as required
Apple cider vinegar 5 tspn
Kambucha vinegar 1 tbsp
Method :
1. Wash and rinse apples and cut in to cube shape.
2. Transfer the cube apples in to the 1 litre glass jar .
3. Now add sugar , water in to the jar and press the mixture using wooden churner .
4. Now add apple cider vinegar ,kambucha vinegar and press it again in same process .
5. Press the mixture daily atleast for 7 days .
6. Store it in a dark place at warm place for around 7-10 days .
7. After 7-10 days of storage , strain the excess solid by pressing on them gently to extract extra
liquid .
8. Transfer the liquid into air tight container , it will be apperead in golden colour ,It will taste sour
in taste .
9. Its ready to serve .
