Ingredients                      quantity

Apple                                   1 nos
Beetroot                               1 nos
Amla                                     2 nos
Ginger                                  1 inch
Celery                                  1 sprig + for ganishing
Mint leaves                          8-10 petals + for garnishing
Water                                   as required
Black pepper                        1 tsp
Black salt                              to taste
Lemon roundels                   for garnishing

Method :
1. Take an apple , deseed it , cut it into cubes add it into the blender .
2. Now cut the roots of the beetroot , cut it into small cubes along with outer skin , add into the blender .
3. Now deseed the amla add it into the blender .
4. Now cut the ginger into slices and add it into the blender .
5. Take the celery , roughly chop it add it into the blender .
6. Now add mint petals , add water , blend it thoroughly .
7. Now pour it out into the bowl , add extra water into the blender , shake well and pour it into the bowl .
8. Now add black pepper , black salt , give a nice stir .
9. Meanwhile take celery stem cut it into halves and make it as garnish 10. Transfer the juice into the glass , garnish with celery stem , mint sprigs , lemon roundels .
11. Ready to serve .
