Recipe Description

Chilli Beans

Ingredient                      Quantity
French Beans.                250 gm.
Oil.                                  1 tbsp+1tsp
Dry red Chilli                 . 2 no.
Garlic chopped.              1 tbsp
Ginger chopped.             1 tbsp
Fresh red chilli chopped. 4-5 no.
Onion chopped.               1 no.
Red chilli sauce.               2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup.               1 tbsp
Soya sauce                       1 tsp
Vinegar                             1/2 tsp
Salt.                                  To taste
Corn starch.                      1 tsp
Water.                               As required

Method:
1. Take the French beans, remove the string from both the ends and keep it aside.
2. Heat water in a pan, add French beans and blanch it for 2 min.
3. Drain and keep it aside.
4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add blanched beans and saute for 1 min. On high heat.
5. Remove in a plate and keep it aside.
6. Take dry red chillies break it and add to the pan.
7. Add 1 tsp of oil, mix well and saute for 30 sec.
8. Add chopped garlic, ginger and fresh red chillies, mix well and saute for 1 min. on high flame.
9. Add chopped onion, mix well and saute for 2 min.
10. Add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and salt, mix well and saute for 1 min.
11. Add French beans and tossed well.
12. Add little water and mix well.
13. Take corn starch in a bowl, add water, mix well to make slurry.
14. Add this slurry to pan and mix well.
15. Remove in serving plate and serve hot.
