Recipe Description

Paneer Noodle Warp

Prep. Time: 20 Min.
Cook Time: 30 Min.
Serve: 4

Ingredient                         Quantity
Cottage Cheese               150 Gm
Boiled Noodles                 1 Cup
Refined Flour                   ½ Cup
Corn flour                         4 Tbsp.
Salt                                  to taste
Oil                                   for Deep Frying

For Marination
Red chilli paste                3 Tbsp.
Black Pepper powder      ½ Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste          1 Tsp.
Green Chilies, Chopped   1
Chili Flakes                       1 Tsp.
Lemon Juice                      1 Tsp.
Salt                                     to Taste

Method:
1. Cut the paneer into long and thick pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl add red chilli paste, black pepper powder, ginger and garlic paste, green chilli chopped, chilli flakes, lemon juice, mix well.
3. Add paneer batons and mix it well.
4. In another bowl add corn flour and water make smooth slurry and keep it aside.
5. Take flour in a plate. and keep it aside.
6. Take boiled noodles spread on the surface.
7. Coat marinated paneer with flour and deep in the slurry and place over in boiled noodles and wrap it.
8. Repeat the procedure with all marinated paneer.
9. Heat the oil in a kadai and deep-fry paneer, till they are crispy and golden brown.
10. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with the hot garlic chilli sauce.
