Recipe Description

Jhal Muri
Ingredient                           Quantity
Puffed rice (kurmura)                  2 cups
Cucumber cut into small cube     1 no.
Boiled potato cut into small cube 1 no.
Onion chopped                             1 no.
Green chillies chopped                 2-3 no.
Farsaan Mix                                  2-3 tbsp
Black Chana Sprout                      ¼ cup
Salted peanuts                               2 tbsp
Mix Pickle                                       2 tbsp
Black salt (kala namak)                  1½ tsp
Salt                                                  to taste
Red chilli powder                            1½ tsp
Lemon juice                                    1 no.
Mustard oil                                      2 tbsp
Coconut cut into small piece           1 tbsp

Method:
1. Take puffed rice in a bowl, add cucumber, potato, onion, green chilli, farsaan mix, black
chana sprout, salted peanut, mix pickle, black salt, salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice,
mustard oil and coconut and Mix these ingredients gently with a spoon.
2. Take pepper, shape it into cone, put prepared jhal muri on it, garnish with farsaan mix,
slated peanut and coconut slice on top and serve this Jhal muri immediately.
