Ingredients                  Quantity
Ghee                           4 Tbsp
Clove                           4-5
Cinnamon sticks          1 Inch
Peppercorn                  1 Tsp
Onion, chopped           2 Medium
Chicken (On bone)      600 grams
Garlic and ginger paste 1 Tbsp
Red chili paste             2 Tbsp
Coriander Powder       1 Tbsp
Fennel Powder            ¼ Tsp
Dry Ginger powder      ¼ Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili powder 1 Tsp
Salt                              to taste

Yogurt                         4 Tbsp
Water                          1 Cup
Garam Masala            1 Tsp
Coriander Leaves, chopped 2 Tbsp
Coriander sprig          for garnish

Method:
1. In a pan, heat ghee. Add clove, cinnamon stick, peppercorn, cumin seeds in the pan. Sauté till brown.
2. Add onion in the pan and sauté till brown.
3. Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add red chili paste, coriander powder, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, kashmiri red chili powder and salt. Mix well and cook for 10 minute. 5. Add yogurt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add water in the pan, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
7. Add garam Masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
8. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
9. Remove from heat. Serve it in a bowl and garnish with coriander sprig.
