Recipe Description

Ingredients         quantity
Oil                       3-4 tbsp
dry red chilli         2
cumin seeds        1 tsp
onion chopped     2 large
tomato puree        3
coriander chopped 2 tbsp

For marination
Chicken                  500 gms
ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
red chilli powder     11/2 tsp
turmeric powder     ¼ tsp
coriander powder    1 Tbsp
garam masla           1 tsp
cardamom powder  ¼ tsp
yogurt                      ½ cup

dry masala Powder
Fennel seeds          1 tsp
Peppercorn             1 tsp
Cloves                     2-4

Method
1.Take chicken in a bowl, add ,ginger garlic paste ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Garam masala, cardamom powder, yogurt, and mix well. keep aside and Marinate the chicken for ½ and hour.
For dry masala Powder
2.in a pan dry roast, fennel, peppercorn , cloves till fragrant and grind into coarse powder. keep this aside.

3.heat oil in a pan add dry red chillis, cumin seeds, onion and sauté well till golden brown.
4.Add tomato puree and sauté for 3-4 mins.
5.Add marinated chicken and mix well and sauté for 6-8 mins.
sprinkle 1 tsp of the dry masala Powder, coriander chopped and mix well.
6.transfer to a serving bowl an garnish with chopped coriander.
7.Serve hot with parathas.
