Ingredient               Quantity
Oil                                3 Tbsp
Ajwain                          1 Tsp
Onion chopped (small) 2
Tomato puree               1 Cup
Garlic and Garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Green chilli chopped     2-3
Chana Masala               2 Tbsp
Coriander powder          1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder            ½ Tsp
Red chilli powder            1 Tsp
Amchur powder              ½ Tsp
Garam Masala                1 Tsp
Cumin Powder                ½ Tsp
Salt                                  to taste
Boiled Chickpeas            2 Cup
Water                              2 Cup
Hard boiled eggs             3
Fresh coriander chopped 2 Tbsp
Lemon juice                     ½
Mint sprig                         for garnish
Lemon wedge                  for garnish

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan; add ajwain, onion chopped and sauté till onion are brown in color.
2. Add chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, sauté for 3-4 min. 3. Add tomato puree mix well and cook for 3-4 min.
4. Add chana masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala, cumin powder and salt mix well and sauté for 2 min.
5. Add the chickpeas and water stir until they are well coated in the spices and cook for 6-8 min.
6. Cut the boiled egg in small pieces and add to the gravy. Mix well.
7. Add chopped coriander, lemon juice stir and mix well. 8. Remove in serving plate.
9. Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge.
10. Serve hot..
