Recipe Description

Aloo Gobhi Methi

oil                                      2 tbsp
cumin                                1 tsp
potato diced                      1 large
cauliflower cut into florets 1
fenugreek leaves              2 cups
tomatoes roughly chopped 3
ginger garlic paste            1 tbsp
salt                                     to taste
red chilli powder                1 ½ tsp
coriander powder              1 ½ Tbsp
turmeric powder                ½ tsp
garam masala powder      1 tsp
water                                 1 ½ Cup
coriander chopped            2 tbsp
ginger juliennes                ½ inch

method :
1.heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion chopped, and sauté for 3-4 mins till onion browns.
2.Meanwhile puree the tomatoes in a blender and keep aside.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 mins.
4.Add the tomato puree and sauté for 3-4 mins.
5.Add salt , red chilli powder, gram masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mix well and sauté for 2 mins.
6.Add potatoes, cauliflower and mix well and sauté for 1 mins.
add water and mix well and saute for 1 min.

7. cover and cook for 8-10 mins .

8. After 8-10 mins add fenugreek leaves mix well and sa saute till mixturedreies .

9. Add coriander chopped , ginger julienne and mix well .

10.Transfer into a  serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander and ginger juliennes ,serve hot .
