Aloo Chaat
Ingredient                                    Quantity
Boiled Potatoes cut into cube            3-4 no.
Sabrini Samosa Chutney                   3 tbsp
Sabrini Desi Green Chutney              1 tbsp
Onion chopped                                   1 no.
Green chilli chopped                           2 no.
Red chilli powder                                ¼ tsp + for sprinkle
Salt                                                     to taste
Chaat Masala                                     ¼ tsp
Coriander chopped                             2 tbsp
Papdies                                              3-4 no.
Nylon Sev                                           for sprinkle
Tomato                                               for garnish
Lemon wedge                                    for garnish
Coriander sprig                                  for garnish
Method:
1. Take mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, Sabrini samosa chutney, Sabrini desi green chutney,
onion chopped, green chilli chopped, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala and coriander
chopped, mix well.
2. Take severing plate; decorate the plate with Sabrini samosa chutney.
3. Place the chaat on the plate and crush the papdies and add to the chaat.
4. Sprinkle some red chilli powder and nylon Sev on top.
5. Garnish with tomatoes, lemon wedge and coriander sprig and serve.
