Recipe Description

Veg Hakka Noodles
Ingredient                                  Quantity
Noodles                                    1 Pkt. (120 Gm.)
Cabbage cut into julienne         100 gm.
Carrot cut into julienne              1 No. (Small)
French Beans cut into long strips 8-10 no.
Green Capsicum cut into julienne ¼ no.
Onion Slice                                 1 no.
Garlic chopped                           1 tbsp
Ginger chopped                          1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped                   3-4 no.
Soya Sauce                                1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce                         1 tbsp
Vinegar                                       1 tsp
Salt                                              to taste
Black pepper crushed                 pinch
Spring onion chopped                1 tbsp + garnish
Oil                                               for cooking

Method:
1. Boil water in a large deep pan, when it comes to rolling boil, add dried noodles and Boil until
noodles are soft, it will take around 10-12 min. Stir occasionally in between.
2. Add 1 tsp of oil, mix well and cook for 1 min.
3. Turn off the flame and drain the noodles and place it on bowl, add 1 tbsp of oil and mix well.
Keep it aside.
4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the wok, add ginger, garlic and green chilli, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
5. Add onion, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
6. Add carrot, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
7. Add cabbage and french beans, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
8. Add capsicum, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
9. Add boiled noodles, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and black pepper crushed and
tossed for 1 min.
10. Add chopped spring onion and tossed well.
11. Remove in serving bowl, garnish with spring onion chopped and serve hot.
