Recipe Description

Till Ki Barfi

Ingredient                       Quantity
Ghee.                             3 Tbsp
Sesame seeds.              1 cup
Almond.                          8-10 No.
Cashew nut Broken        1 Tbsp
Walnut.                            5-6 No.
Jaggery.                           1 Cup
Green Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Dry Ginger powder.          1/2 tsp
Khoya                             . 1/4 cup

Method:
1. Dry roast the seasame seeds for 3-4 min. On low flame.
2. Remove in bowl and keep it aside.
3. Chopped the Almond, cashewnuts and walnuts. Keep it aside.
4. Grind the roasted seasame seeds little at a time to coarsley. Keep it aside.
5. Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped nuts,mix well and saute for 1 min. On medium flame.
6. Add seasame seeds, mix well and saute for 4-5 min. On low flame.
7. Remove from the flame, add jaggery, mix well and saute till jaggery melts.
8. Add green cardamom powder and dry ginger powder, mix well.
9. Add khoya, mix well and saute for 1 min. On low flame.
10. Remove in silicon moulds and set aside for 2-3 hours and refrigerate for half n hour.
11. Cut into Barfi shape and serve.
