Haldi Besan Ki Barfi

Ingredient                               Quantity
Ghee.                                     1/3 cup
Gram flour.                             1 1/2 cup
Almond                                 . 8-10 No.
Cashew nut Broken                1 Tbsp
Walnut.                                    5-6 No.
Jaggery.                                   1 Cup
Turmeric powder.                     1 tsp
Black pepper crushed.             1/4 tsp
Green Cardamom powder        1/2 tsp
Khoya.                                      1/4 cup
Water.                                       As required

Method:
1. Chopped the Almond, cashewnuts and walnuts. Keep it aside.
2. Heat ghee in a pan, add gram flour, mix well and saute for 6-8 min. On low flame.
3. Add Turmeric powder and black pepper crushed, mix well and saute for 1 min.
4. Add jaggery and mix well.
5. Sprinkle some water, mix well and saute for 2-3 min.
6. Add chopped nuts, green cardamom powder, mix well and saute for 1 min.
7. Switch off the flame, sprinkle some water again and mix well.
9. Add khoya, mix well and cook till khoya melts.
10. Grease aluminium tray with ghee, pour the gram flour mixture into the tray.
11. Tap the tray and set aside for 1 hours and refrigerate for half n hour.
12. Cut into Barfi shape and serve.
