Bajra Khajur Ki Bharfi
Ingredient                        Quantity
Almond                            6-8 no.
Cashew nuts                   1 tbsp
Walnuts                           4-5 no.
Ghee                                5 tbsp
Dates seedless soaked in hot water 1 cup
Bajra Atta                         1 cup
Coco Powder                   1 tbsp
Ashwangandha Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Powder               ½ tsp
Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
Method:
1. Chopped the all nuts and keep it aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan, add chopped nuts, mix well and sauté for 1 min. remove in
plate and keep it aside.
3. Place seedless dates along with water in same pan and cook till it’s become soft and dry
completely.
4. Add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well. Remove in bowl and keep it aside.
5. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in same pan, add bajra atta, mix well and sauté for 6-8 min. on medium
flame.
6. Add dates mixture, mix well and sauté for 4-5 min. on low flame.
7. Add coco powder, ashwagandha powder, ginger powder, green cardamom powder, and 1
tbsp of ghee, mix well and sauté for 3-4 min. on low flame.
8. Add nuts, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
9. Take Ice tray put the prepared mixture on it and press equally.
10. Put remaining on aluminium tray and set aside for 2 hours.
11. After 2 hours demould and serve.
