Recipe Description

Soojhi halwa

Serving –4 nos
Preparation time – 10 mins
Cooking time – 25 mins

Ingredients                           quantity
Semolina (soaked in water) 1 cup
Ghee                                    ¼ cup
Sugar                                    ¼ cup
cashew chopped                   2 tsp
Almonds chopped                 2 tsp
Raisins chopped                   2 tsp
Water                                    2 cup
Khoya                                   ½ cup
Cardamom powder               ½ tsp

Method :
1. Heat ghee in a pan , add sugar and cook until its caramelized .
2. Now add raisins , cashew , almonds sauté it for 10 seconds .
3. Quickly add water and stir well .
4. Add semolina and stir continuously for about 15 mins .
5. Now add cardamom powder and khoya mix well.
6. Transfer it to serving bowl , garnish with remaining khoya assorted nuts .
7. Serve hot .
