Recipe Description

These valentines treat your loved ones with this amazing strawberry laccha paratha.

Ingredients
Wheat flour                   1 ½ Cup
Strawberries                 10-12
Fennel powder              ¼ tsp
Cardamom powder       ¼ tsp
carom seeds                 ½ tsp
icing sugar                    2 tbsp
ghee                             1 tbsp + for cooking
Condensed milk           4 Tbsp
Chocolate syrup           1 tbsp
Chocolate vermicelli     for garnish

Method
1. Take 8 strawberries and blend to a puree in a blender.
2. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, strawberry puree, fennel powder, cardamom powder, carom seeds, icing sugar, ghee and mix well.
3. Knead the mixture to a paratha dough.
4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and make small balls.
5. using a rolling pin roll the balls into flat discs.
6. Sprinkle flour and apply ghee then fan fold the disc horizontally and then vertically.
7. Flatten the disc using a rolling pin roll the ball to a flat disc again.
8. heat a tawa and place the paratha on it. apply ghee and cook until golden brown on both sides.
9. repeat the steps for the second paratha.
10. Meanwhile, slice the remaining strawberries and remove in a plate.
11. once the parathas are cooked remove on a chopping board.
12. Add 2-3 tbsp of condensed milk on one paratha and place strawberry slices on top.
13. Add another 1 tbsp of condensed milk and cover with the second paratha.
14. cut the paratha into half and place on a serving plate.
15. place the remaining strawberry slices on the side.
16. Add 1 tbsp of condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and frost icing sugar.
17. garnish with chocolate vermicelli and serve.
