Recipe Description

During monsoons, people are susceptible to cold, cough and flu here is a tea that will help you keep the cold and flu at bay.

Pepper Mint Ginger Tea

Ginger crushed                       1 inch
Black pepper crushed             1 tsp
Mint leaves                              3-4 sprig
Water                                       2 cups
Tea powder                              1/2 tsp
Jaggery powder                       3 tbsp
Lemon juice                             1 1/2 no.

Method:
1. Heat 2 cups of water in a pot.
2. Add crushed ginger, black pepper and mint leaves, mix well and bring to boil for 3-4 min.
3. Add tea powder and bring to boil for another 1 min.
4. Take serving cups, add 1 tbsp of jaggery powder and squeeze 1/2 lemon on each cups.
5. Strain the boiled tea on each cups and serve hot.
