Hing Jeerewale Aloo Recipe
A quick, easy and light potato dish. Potatoes boiled and sautéed golden with turmeric, jeera and Hing. Aloo Jeera is an easy and quick recipe which is just perfect for a lunch menu.

Hing Jeere wale Aloo

Potatoes boiled                        3 No.
Ghee                                        3 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds                           1 Tsp
Asafetida                                  1/4 tsp
Ginger chopped                        1 Tsp
Green chilli chopped                 2-3 No.
Turmeric powder                       1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder                   1½ tsp
Salt                                           to taste
Coriander chopped                   2 Tbsp
Green chilli slit                          for garnish
Coriander sprig                         for garnish
Ginger juliennes                        for garnish

Method
1. Heat ghee in a pan add asafetida, cumin seeds, chopped ginger, green chili, turmeric powder and Crushed the boiled potatoes and mix well and saute for 30 sec.
2. Add salt, dry mango powder and coriander chopped, mix well and saute for 2 min.
3. Remove in serving bowl, garnish with green chilli slit, ginger julienne and coriander sprig.
4. Top it with 1 tbsp of ghee and serve hot.
