Ghee                            3-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds                1 tsp
Ginger chopped            1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic chopped              1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped      3-4 no.
Onion chopped               2 no.
Tomato chopped             2 no.
Salt                                 to taste
Coriander powder          1 1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli powder           1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder            1/2 tsp
Aamchur powder            1tsp
Cumin powder                1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder   1/2 tsp
Black salt                        1/2 tsp
Black pepper crushed     1/2 tsp
Chickpeas boiled             3 cup
Water                               1 cup
Spinach puree                  2 cup
Coriander chopped           2 tbsp
Ginger julienne                 for garnish
Green chilli slit                  for garnish
Coriander spring               for garnish

Method:
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute for 30sec.
‌Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli, mix well and saute for 1min.
‌Add chopped onion, mix well and saute for 6-8 min.
‌Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
‌Add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, black salt and black pepper crushed, mix well and saute for 3-4 min.
‌Add boiled chickpeas, mix well and saute for 1 min.
‌Add water, mix well and cook for 2-3 min.
‌Add spinach puree, mix well and saute for 4-5 min.
‌Add chopped coriander and mix well.
‌Remove in serving bowl, garnish with ginger julienne, green chilli slit and coriander sprig and serve hot.
