Recipe Description

Ingredients     Quantity
Idli                            8 no.
Oil                            2 tbsp
Ginger (chopped)    1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped)      1 tbsp
Slit Green Chillies    4 – 5 no.
Onion (Cubes)         1 no.
Assorted Capsicum Cubes 1 no.
Green Chilli Sauce   2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce      2 tbsp
Soy Sauce               ¼ tsp
Vinegar                    1 tsp
Spring Onion            1 tbsp

Method
1. Take 8 no. of idlis and cut it into cubes.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, slit green chillies and sauté it well.
3. Add onion cubes, assorted capsicum cubes, idli cubes and stir well.
4. Add green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.
5. Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
