Recipe Description

Ingredient                                                  Quantity
Corn kernel (Boiled)                                   1 cup
Water as required
Chicken breast                                          1 no.
Oil                                                              1 tbsp
Ginger chopped                                        1 tsp
Garlic chopped                                          1 tsp
Green chilli chopped                                 1 no.
Carrot chopped                                         1 no. (Small)
Cabbage chopped                                    ¼ no.
French beans chopped                            4-5 no.
Salt to taste
Black salt                                                  ½ tsp
Chaat masala                                           1 tsp
Sugar                                                        3 tsp
Black pepper crushed                              1 tsp
Corn flour                                                 4 tsp
Egg                                                          1 no.
Vinegar                                                     2 tsp
Spring onion chopped (White Part)          1 tbsp
Spring onion greens chopped                  1 tbsp

Method:
Take corn kernel and little water in grinder jar and grind coarsely, keep some aside.
Cut the chicken into small cube size and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
Add chicken, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
Add Chopped Carrot, Cabbage and french beans, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
Add water in a grinder jar and pour into the pan.
Add salt, black salt, chaat masala, sugar, black pepper crushed and remaining corn kernel, mix well and bring to boil.
Meanwhile take half cup of water in bowl, add corn flour mix well and keep it aside.
Break the egg in a bowl and beat well. Keep it aside.
Add vinegar and spring onion (white part) into the pan and mix well.
When mixture is ready, start boiling, add corn starch slurry, mix well and bring to boil again.
Add beaten egg; wait for mixture is boil than mix well.
Add spring onion green and mix well.
Remove in serving bowl, garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
