Recipe Description
Ingredients:
Ghee 3 tbsp
Peanuts ½ cup
Cashewnuts 12-15
makahana (lotus seeds) 50 gms
senda namak (rock salt) 1 ½ tsp + ½ tsp
roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
honey 2 tbsp
Method:
1.In a pan heat ghee, add peanuts , cashewnuts and sauté till brown.
2.Add makhana and sauté for 2-3 mins, Add 1 ½ tsp sendha namak, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
3.Add honey, sendha namak and mix well and remove in a serving bowl. And serve
