Recipe Description

Kela matar ki subji

Oil                                  2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds                 ½ Tsp
Asafetida                       ½ tsp
Green chilli chopped     3-4
Tomato puree                3-4 nos
Boiled raw bananas      3
Coriander powder         1 tbsp
Red chilli powder          1 tsp
Garam masala              1 tsp
Turmeric powder           ¼ tsp
Salt                                to taste
Green peas                   1 cup
Water                             ½ cup
Coriander chopped       1 tbsp

method :

1.Peel and slice boiled raw bananas and keep aside
2.Heat oil in a pan, add asafetida, cumin seeds, green chilli chopped and sauté for 1 mins
3.Add tomato puree, mix well and cook for 4-5 mins
4.Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste , mix well and cook for 6-8 mins
5.Add green peas, sliced bananas, water and mix well .
6.Cover and cook for 3-4 mins
7.Add chopped coriander and cook for 1 mins.
8.Remove in a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
