Recipe Description
Ingredients quantity
Oil 2 tbsp
Okra (bhindi) 250 gms
cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 4-5
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Dry mango powder ½ tsp
Brown onions 3-4 Tbsp
Method
1.Trim the top of okra (bhindi), cut the okra into slices and keep aside
2.Heat oil in a pan , add cumin and sauté for 1 mins.
3.Add green chillis, okra and sauté for 6-8 mins.
4.Add salt , red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder and mix well.
5.Add brown onions and mix well.
6.Remove in a serving bowl.
7.Garnish with brown onion and serve hot.
