I am here again with a delicious new desi recipe “Soya Gawar Phali ki Sabzi.” I assure you it’s not as complicated as it sounds and it’s truly yummy. Do try and keep smiling.

Soya Guavr ki subzi
Ingredients
soya granules              1 cup
guar phali                     250 gms
oil                                 3-4 tbsp
cumin seeds                 1 tsp
Garlic chopped             1 ½ Tbsp
Ginger chopped            1 ½ Tbsp
Onion chopped              3 large
Tomatoes chopped        3 large
Green chilli chopped      2
salt                                 to taste
Coriander powder          2- tbsp.
red chilli powder            1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder           ½ tsp
garam masala power     1 tsp
dry mango powder          1 ½ Tsp
water                                3 cups
Coriander chopped          2 tbsp
Ginger juliennes               ½ Inch
Method
• Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and sauté for 1 minute.
• Add garlic, ginger, and sauté for 1 mins
• Add onion and chop for 8-10 mins.
• Meanwhile cut the gawarphali into dices and keep aside.
• Add tomatoes ,green chilli and sauté for 1-2 mins.
• Add salt and sauté for 1-2 mins
• Add coriander powder , red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and saute for 3-4 minutes
• add soya granules, guar phali and sauté for 1-2 minutes
• Add 3 cups of water and mix well
• cover and cook for 15 minutes.
• After 15 mins remove the lid and stir well
• Add chopped coriander , ginger juliennes, and ,mix well.
• Transfer to a serving bowl
• Garnish well coriander sprig and ginger juliennes and serve with Chapatti, parathas of your choice.
