Recipe Description

During the Lockdown I thought of making a healthy breakfast , taking Inspiration form Spanish Omelet which has potatoes and onions, I have added spinach to make it more healthier and this is perfect for weight watchers too..

Ingredients
Gram Flour                         1 Cup
Ginger Chopped                 1 tspn
Green Chilli Chopped          2-3 No
Chopped Onion                   1/2 no
Carrom Seeds/Ajwai            1/2 tspn
Potato Boiled                         1 no
Cabbage roughly chopp         3-4 Tbsp
Spinach Leaves                      3-4 no
Green Bell pepper Chopped 1/4 no
Turmeric powder                    1/2 tsp
Salt                                         to taste
Asafoetida                              Add pinch
Oil                                          1 Tbsp

Method
1. Heat some oil in a pan.
2. Saute ginger and chopped chillies.
3. Add cabbage and saute for about a minute.
4. Add chopped onions and saute for a few seconds. Turn off the flame and remove.
5. Add Chopped Capsicum,
6. Grate potatoes separately and add to the sauted vegetables.
7. Now add all the balance ingredients expect spinach and mix well.
8. Add enough water to make a thick batter.
9. Tear the spinach and add. If your kids don’t like spinach leaves you can puree and add.
10. Heat a pan and pour some oil.
11. Add a laddle full of mixture and spread it to make a thick pancake.
12. Cook on slow flame and flip on both sides to cook evenly.
13. Once done serve with sauce of your choice.
