Disco Mathri

Ingredient.                   Quantity
Refined flour               1 cup
Gram flour.                  3/4 cup
Carom seeds              1/2 tsp
Black pepper crushed. 1 tsp
Turmeric powder.         1/2 tsp
Amchur powder.          1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder.       1/2 tsp + For sprinkle
Chaat Masala             . For sprinkle
Salt.                               to taste
Ghee.                             1 1/2 tbsp
Water.                             as required
Oil.                                  For frying

Method:
Take mixing bowl, add refined flour, gram flour, carom seeds, black pepper crushed, Turmeric powder, amchur powder, red Chilli powder, salt and ghee, mix everything well.

Add little water at a time, knead well to make a dough.

Make small equal sized balls, take one of them and flatten with your hand, do not make it too thin. Repeat the step with all the other balls.

Heat oil in pan and fry the Mathri on low flame till the mathri floats. this takes approx 6-8 min.

Now countinue fry on low to medium flame till they turn crispy and golden brown in colour.

Drain the mathri over kitchen paper.

Sprinkle some chaat Masala and red chilli powder on top and serve
