Recipe Description

Haldi and Pepper Ki Kheer

Ingredient                    Quantity
Milk.                              1 ltr.
Rice soaked in water.   3 tbsp
Cashew nuts broken    2 tbsp
Jaggery                      . 1/2 cup
Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder.         1/2 tsp
Black pepper crushed.  1/4 tsp
Almond chopped.          For garnish

Method:
1. Heat milk in a pan and boil for 2-3 min.
2. Add soaked rice, mix well and cook for 20 min. on medium flame.
3. Wash the Cashew nuts and add to the milk and mix well.
4. Add jaggery and green cardamom powder, mix well and cook for 2 min.
5. Add Turmeric powder and black pepper crushed, mix well and cook for 10-12 min. Stir continuously.
6. Switch of the flame, remove in serving bowl, garnish with chopped almond and serve.
