Recipe Description

Cold Pressed Salad
Ingredients          quantity

Raw papaya         1 Small
Cucumber            2 nos
Carrot                   1 Nos
Celery                   1 nos
Salt                       to taste

For Dressing

Lemon                 1nos
Olive oil               1tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tspn
Black Pepper Crushed 1tspn

Method :
1. Peel and deseed the raw papaya and keep aside.
2. Peel Carrot, Cucumber and keep aside .
3. In a mixing bowl ,grate cucumber, raw papaya, and carrot.
4. Add Copped celery, Salt and mix well.
5. Transfer the salad to a bowl and press well.
6. Cover with a dish and place weight on top, keep the salad aside for 1 hour.
7. In another bowl add lemon juice , olive oil , turmeric powder, black pepper and mix well.
8. Transfer the salad and mix well.
9. Serve the salad immediately.
