Ayurvedic Honey Onion Syrup

Ingredients              Quantity
onion                       1 1/2
ginger                      1 inch
garlic                       2 cloves
honey                     1/4 cup

method :
1. chop onion, ginger , garlic and keep aside .
2. Take a glass jar and add half the quantity of onion and add 1 tsp honey .
3. Add garlic and half the quantity of ginger .
4. add rest of the onions, 1 tsp honey .
5. add rest of the ginger and 2-3 tsp honey .
6. cover the lid and tap well .
7. do not use spoon to mix .
8. leep the jar in warm place, for 8 hrs or overnight , till the juices are released .
9. after 8 hrs you can refrigrate and preserve .
10. consume the syrup as suggested .
