Recipe
Regular Rice Coarsely Ground 3 Tbsp
Milk                                           1/2 liter
Kesari peeda                             3 nos
Milk cake                                   2 nos
Elaichi Pdr                                1/2 tspn
Assorted nuts                            2 Tbsp
Method
1. Dry roast nuts in a pan.
2. Add milk and the coarsely ground rice cook for 4-5 mins on slow flame.
3. Once thick add the peedas and let them mix properly.
4. Sprinkle elaichi Pdr and mix. Cool for 10 mins
5. Serve in earthenware kasooras, if you find sugar to be less crumble the milk cake on top and serve chilled.
