Ingredient:

Cashew Nut                                  3-4 Tbsp.
Water                                            as Required
Brown Onion                                 60 Gms
Yogurt                                            3 Tbsp.
Tomatoes                                       3 No
Water                                              as Required
Oil                                                   3 Tbsp
Cumin seeds                                  1 tsp
Bay leaf                                          2 Leaf
cinnamon stick                               2 Sticks
Cloves                                            4-5 no
Mace                                              ½ Blade
green Cardamom                            5-6 no
Ginger Garlic paste                         1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder                           1 Tbsp
Red Chilli powder                            1½ Tsp
Turmeric powder                             ½ Tsp
Garam Masala Powder                   1 Tsp
Green chilli chopped                       3-4 no.
Chicken                                          ½ Kg
Salt                                                  to Taste
Fresh cream                                    ½ Cup
Cardamom Powder                        ½ Tsp
Rose water                                     1 Tbsp
Green Coriander chopped             1 tbsp
Coriander sprig                              for garnish

Method:
1. In a pan, add water and cashewnut and bring to boil for 10 min.
2. Take mixer jar, add brown onion and yogurt and grind well.
3. Roughly cut the tomatoes and add to the jar.
4. Add Boil cashewnut and water in a jar and grind to smooth paste. Keep it aside.
5.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, mace, green cardamom, ginger garlic paste, mix well and saute for 30 sec.
6. Add grinded mixture and mix well.
7. Cover and cook for 2 min.
8. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and chopped green chilli, mix well and saute for 1 min.
9. Cover and cook for 2-3 min.
10. Add chicken and salt, mix well and cover and cook for 25 min.
11. After 4-5 min add water in mixing jar mix well and add to the pan and mix well and cover and cook for 15-20 min.
11. After 25 min. Remove the cover and mix well.
12. Add cream, cardamom powder, rose water and chopped coriander, mix well and cook for 2 min.
13. Remove in serving plate, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
