I am here today with this very special dessert recipe of “Thandai #SevaiKheer​.” I can’t tell how much I enjoyed making this delight and it surely tastes amazing. Ingredients:
Ghee                                        1 Tbsp.
Brown sevai or Vermicelli-        1 bowl
assorted Nuts                           2tbsp
Milk- 2 cups (mugs).                 half ltr.
Thandi syrup-                           3Tbsp
Cardamom Powder                  1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Ghee 1tbsp in a heating pan,
2. Add Assorted nuts, saute for a minute
3. Add Vermicelli and saute till vermicelli is brown and fragrant.
4. Add milk and let it cook for 3-4 mins, till its get soft.
5. Add Thandai syrup, mix it well.(taste to check the sugar)
6 Add Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
7. Mix it well serve hot or chilled as you like it.
