Recipe Description

Ingredients                                      Quantity

Avocado Pulp                                   ½ cup

Paneer grated                                  ¼ cup

Khoya                                               ¼ cup

Sugar                                                 ¼ cup

Cardamom powder                           2 tsp

Almond sliced                                  1 tbsp

Pistachio chopped                             1 tbsp

Ghee                                                 1tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add half almond and pistachio, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
  2. Add avocado pulp, mix well and sauté for 2-3 min.
  3. Add paneer, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
  4. Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well and sauté for 3-4 min.
  5. Add khoya, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
  6. Remove in serving plate, garnish with almond and pistachio on top and serve.
