Ingredients Quantity
Avocado Pulp ½ cup
Paneer grated ¼ cup
Khoya ¼ cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Cardamom powder 2 tsp
Almond sliced 1 tbsp
Pistachio chopped 1 tbsp
Ghee 1tbsp
Method:
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add half almond and pistachio, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
- Add avocado pulp, mix well and sauté for 2-3 min.
- Add paneer, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well and sauté for 3-4 min.
- Add khoya, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
- Remove in serving plate, garnish with almond and pistachio on top and serve.
