Ingredients Quantity
Arbi (Peeled, boiled and cut into cubed) 2 no.
Fresh green peas 1 cup
Mustard Oil 2 tbsp
Dry red chilies 2 no.
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 2 tsp
Onion chopped 1 no.
Tomato chopped 1 no.
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chili powder 3/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and add dry red chilli and cumin seeds, mix well and sauté till cumin splutter.
- Add chopped garlic, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
- Add chopped onion, mix well and sauté till they start turning brown.
- Add tomato and salt, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala, mix well and sauté for 2-3 min.
- Add arbi cubes, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
- Add green peas and mix well.
- Add 1 cup of water and cover and cook for 6-8 min.
- Add chopped coriander and mix well.
- Remove it in a serving bowl and serve hot.
