Recipe Description

Ingredients                        Quantity

Cucumber                           1 ½  nos

Spinach                              1 bunch

Ginger                                 ½ inch

Amla                                   2 nos

Coriander leaves              ¼ bunch

Water                                as required

Lemon                              ½ nos + for garnishing

Pink salt                           to taste

Black pepper                    1 tsp

Mint sprig                         for garnishing

 

Method :

  1. Take cucumber , peel of its outer skin , cut its edges , rub it nicely and wash it .
  2. Now cut into roundels , add it into the blender .
  3. Now crush and add spinach , Ginger slices , deseed amla and add into it , coriander sprigs , water , blend it thoroughly .
  4. Now add water into the blender , shake well , pour it into the bowl .
  5. Now add lemon juice , pink salt , black pepper , give a nice stir .
  6. Transfer it in a serving bowl , garnish it with lemon slices , mint sprig .
  7. Ready to serve .
