Recipe Description

Ingredients                                       Quantity

Raw Turmeric Juliennes                   1 tbsp

Jaggery                                             2 tbsp

Milk                                                    1 cup

Ginger Juliennes                                1 tbsp

Water                                                   as required

Cardamom Powder                              ½ tsp

Method

• Heat water in a pan, add raw turmeric juliennes, ginger juliennes, cardamom powder.

• Keep stirring till a boil.

• Add jaggery and let it melt.

• Add milk and again give a boil.

• Remove it from the heat, strain it in the cups.

• Serve hot.
