Cheesy Chapati Samosa
#Samosa​ is one snack that every Indian loves to have, but samosa made from #leftover​ #roti​ or #chapati​ #tastes​ #extraordinary​.
The left over chapati/roti samosa filled with #potatofilling​ with #Cheese​ is #perfect​ #snack​ for all. #Kidslove​ to have samosa.

Ingredient                                 Quantity
Left over Chapati                      3 No.
Boiled Potatoes grated             3-4 No.
Oil                                             1tbsp + 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds                            1 tsp
Ginger Chopped                       1 tsp
Green chilli chopped                 2 no.
Red chilli powder                      1 tsp + for sprinkle
Coriander powder                     1 tsp
Garam masala powder             ½ tsp
Amchur powder                        ½ tsp
Chaat masala                            ½ tsp + for sprinkle
Salt                                            to taste
Grated cheese                           1 cup
Tomato ketchup                          for serving
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped ginger and green chilli, mix well and sauté for 1
min.
2. Add grated boiled potatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder,
amchur powder, Chaat masala and salt, mix well and sauté for 2 min.
3. Remove in bowl and keep it aside.
4. Take leftover chapatti on chopping board, put prepared potato mixture on one side and
grated cheese on another side, than fold into half and fold again from the middle to make
triangle shape like samosa.
5. Heat oil in tava and place prepared chapatti samosa on it (place potato mixture side on
bottom) and cook till brown from bottom, than flip and cook other side for brown in colour.
6. Remove in serving plate, sprinkle some red chilli powder and chat masala on top and serve
hot with tomato ketchup.
