Ingredients                              Method

Oil                                            2 tbsp

Garlic (chopped)                     1 tbsp

Ginger (chopped)                    1 tbsp

Green Chillies (chopped)         2 no.

Onion (sliced)                           1 no.

Carrot (juliennes)                      1 small

Cabbage (juliennes)                  ¼ no.

Capsicum                                  ½ no.

Noodles                                     1 bowl

Tomato Puree                             3 no.

Tomato Ketchup                         3 tbsp

Red Chilli Sauce                         2 tbsp

Green Chilli Sauce                     2 tbsp

Red Chilli Paste                          2 tbsp

Soya Sauce                                1 tbsp

Vinegar                                       1 tbsp

Salt                                              to taste

Green Onions                              for garnish

Method

1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, onion, carrot, cabbage capsicum and sauté well.

2. Add noodles, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli paste, soya sauce, vinegar and salt.

3. Mix well and serve in a bowl.

4. Garnish it with green onions and serve hot.
