Ingredients Quantity

Oil 1tbsp
Hing a pinch
Garlic cloves 12-15 nos
Dry Red chilli 10 -12 nos
Green chilli 4-6 nos
Khurasani seed ½ cup
Salt to taste
Dry mango powder 2 tsp

Method :
1. Heat a kadhai , add oil , hing , garlic cloves sauté it until its browned thoroughly .
2. Now add dry red chilli ,green chilli and sauté it well until moistness goes away .
3. Now add khurasani seed and sauté it well for 3-4 mins , off the flame , allow it to cool down.
4. Now transfer it in a blender , add salt , dry mango powder , grind it thoroughly .
5. Remove it from the blender , give a stir , grind it again until it reaches powder consistency .
6. Transfer it in a serving bowl .
7. Ready to serve .
