Recipe Description

Patta Gobi Gajar Sambharo special dish made in the homes of Gujarat as shown by our very own Chef Varsha.

Ingredients:

Cabbage shredded – 1 cup
Carrot – 1 cup
Green chilli – 2 -3
Coriander Chopped – 1 tbsp
Mustard seed – ½ tsp
Cumin seed – ¾ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – ½ no
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tsp

Method:-
1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed, mustard seeds, and green chilli. And saute.
2. Add turmeric powder and salt and sauté
3. Then add cabbage and grated carrot and tossed well.
Lastly add lemon juice and coriander chopped and mix
4. Remove it in bowl and serve.
