oil 2 tbsp
cumin 1tsp
bayleaf 2
cinnamon stick ½ inch
cloves 3-4
pepper corns 5-6
black cardamom 2
dry red chilli 3-4
onion sliced 1 large
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
mushroom cut into quarters 15-20
dry ginger powder ½ tsp
fennel powder ½ tsp
salt to taste
rice soaked 1 1 /2 cup

Method:
heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin, whole spices ,dry red chilli , onion and sauté for 2-3 mins.
add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 mins.
add mushrooms and mix well .
add dry ginger powder, fennel powder, salt, water and mix well.
add rice and sauté for 2 mins.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium flame.
after 3 whistles let pressure cooker rest.
transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot
